How much is the freight?

Can we be invoiced for our order?
Yes — if you're a school or have an approved credit account. Once logged in, simply select "Invoice to Account" at checkout. This will generate an invoice and email it to you once the order is submitted.

 

Can you store our order until we’re ready to receive it?
Absolutely! We’re happy to hold your order until you’re ready for dispatch.
Please note: payment is required within 7 days to secure your items. This ensures that stock is fairly allocated and not held on "raincheck" for extended periods.

 

Can I have the order sent to my home?
Yes — we deliver to both residential and business addresses via StarTrack or Australia Post. All parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave, so please include any special delivery instructions at checkout if needed.

 

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Once I place my order, how soon will we receive the products?

If you’re on a tight deadline, call Kiah on 0421 831 856 — we can often express bulk orders for overnight delivery depending on your location.

 

Can I request a specific colour of a product in a bulk order?
For single items, yes — just leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best.
For bulk orders, we send an assortment of colours/styles to ensure even distribution and fair access for all fundraising groups.
Retail customers can select specific colours as shown in the product listing.

 

How do I qualify for bonus gifts with my order?
Each promotional release includes bonus gift offers. You’ll find the full details outlined in our latest catalogue

 

If we over-order and don’t sell all our stock, can we return it?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of unsold stock after the promotional period, as we need to make space for incoming seasonal ranges.
