Is there a minimum order requirement?

No, we currently have no minimum order quantity. Some items will be bulk buy only (sold in packs of 12), this will be clearly outlined in the product listing.

Can I buy as a personal shopper?

Yes, of course you can! For these orders, they will need to be paid upon checkout. You will find out product pricing is hard to pass. We also offer free pick-up from our Joondalup Showroom. 

How much is the freight?

To keep our product pricing at the best price for all, we offer a flat rate of $15 to all metro areas, regional rates will vary, we do have rates at checkout as an estimate, which shouldn't change unless the cubic volume is excessive (large products).

You will find that when ordering in bulk the cost of delivery will be insignificant with our gorgeous low-cost range. 

Please note: If the cost of your regional postage is significant due to volume or weight, we will advise of any additional cost. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the cost is too significant, you will be informed before your order is processed should this be the case.

 

Can we be invoiced for our order?

For schools and those with approved credit account - yes, at our checkout, you will find the selection "Invoice to Account". This will automatically create an account for you and send an invoice directly to your email once you have processed the order at checkout.

Can I have the order sent to me at home?

Yes, absolutely we can deliver to your home or office. We send via StarTrack or Australia Post all deliveries are sent with authority to leave  if no one is home, so please ensure you leave any notes at checkout if you have a special preference. 

Do you have a showroom that I can come visit?

We are located at 12 Lincoln Lane, Joondalup WA 6027. We would love for you to come see our range. Our general hours are on our website, however we are happy for you to book an appointment outside of these hours if needed. Please email us [email protected] or you can call us on 0421 831 856.

Once I place my order how soon do we receive the products?

For large bulk orders, your order will be processed in 2-5 days. As time gets closer to Mother’s Day or Father’s Day we aim to ensure we can process orders as soon as possible to ensure no one misses out.

Small personal orders will be processed in 1 business day.

A lot of items are sold in variations, can I buy just a certain colour of an item?

If only ordering 1 of an item, we are happy to accommodate this by comments in the checkout section. For bulk orders, we will send an assortment of that item. This is to ensure we can provide an even range to everyone. 

How do I qualify to get bonus gifts with my order?

To receive our Early Bird Bonus Gift, you need to spend over $100 before the date outlined in the promotional period. We also provide you with additional bonus gifts if your order is over $1000, $2000 or $3,500. See the back page of the catalogue which you can download here.
