Returns Policy

Change of mind

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please email [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of the goods. 

If your return is accepted, we will be happy to offer an exchange within the same catalogue period, or a credit to your account.

Once your return is accepted;
- The item needs to be returned in its original condition (with packaging intact)
- The postal package must clearly state the order number, and be addressed to "Returns Fun Gift Co"
- Your exchange or credit will be processed when we have received and checked your goods, you will be notified via email

Unfortunately, we can’t cover the cost of delivery and handling for products returned due to a change of mind. You’ll need to return goods to us at your own cost and risk, so please ensure you have tracking information on your parcel.

Please note that items sent back to us without sending an email request will not be accepted.

Faulty Items

Should the product be faulty, or defective on arrival, we will offer you, a replacement or credit to your account if the item is sold out.

To maintain high-quality standards, we like to hear about manufacturing faults as they occur so that we can feed this information back.

Items arrive damaged

Please notify us of damaged goods within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly replace or credit you for the item in the event it has sold out.

Sale / Personalised Items

No returns, exchanges, or credits on sale or personalised items unless a fault has been identified.
