How does a Fundraising Stall work?

A School’s Parent Committee, Sporting Club or Charity simply purchases our products at the affordable pricing displayed online, then they set their markup of around x1.5 – x2 of product cost, sell the items at their stall and retain the profits made towards their fundraising goal.

With this in mind, we have done our best to source the best low-cost products that are attractive, fun and bright, making them easy items to move in volume. Whilst we have a Recommended Retail Price (RRP), the price you set is up to you, we understand each committee has their own way of running their stall.

How many gifts should we order per child?

In my own experience in hosting a stall (for the little ones especially), they love buying gifts and some will be looking to purchase gifts for Mum, Dad, Nan, Grandad and or Carers.

We would suggest 1.5 to 2 gifts per student is a good estimate. This also allows a great variety. Our giftware doesn’t date, so it can be used in the next year or next fundraising event if it’s not sold.

Choosing a gift at a Mother’s Day or Father’s Day stall is such a fun time for our little people to independently choose a gift for their loved ones and they love having a variety to choose from.

The beauty with a lot of our range is that it is diverse, meaning you could use it for other fundraising events, even as prizes for events. 

How do I place my order?

We recommend using our online store at www.fungiftco.com.au as this will show you the most up-to-date stock levels, which ensures you don’t miss out on your first choice.

Do you deliver during the school holidays?

If you use a school address, we will hold your order until a few business days before your school is due to return, so that it's on its way to you and scheduled to arrive in the week school returns. 

If your school is still in operation during the school holidays, please advise this in the comments and we can send you order once picked and packed.

We are also happy to deliver to your home or workplace, just select this at checkout and we will ensure your order is dispatched as per normal.

Can we place an order and pay later?

We have 7-day accounts from receipt of goods for school customers, we look to increase this in the next year.

Can we return unsold stock?

Unfortunately, not as we need to ensure we have room in our warehouse for the next range.

As mentioned above, we have tried to make our range quite diverse, for multiple reasons, 1 of them being so that they can be used at other events.

Do you hold large stock levels?

As this is our first year in operation, we have limited numbers on some of our items. If you see items that you want for your Fundraising Stall, we suggest ordering ASAP to avoid disappointment. There are already some clear favourites in this release. 

Do I need to add G.S.T. to my total payment?

All our prices are inclusive of GST, so the price you see is the price you pay. 

A lot of items are sold in variations, can I buy just a certain colour of an item?

For bulk orders for fundraising, we send an assortment of that item. This is to ensure we can provide an even range to everyone. For retail customers, they can select individual colour options.

How do I qualify to get bonus gifts with my order?

Can I get a Quote to obtain a purchase order from the school?

Yes, this is super easy to do on our website.

You just need to add all the products you would like to include in your quote, then head to your cart. Once in your cart click "Create Quote from Cart", which is located in the top left corner.

This will bring you to what looks like our checkout, however, it will just send you a PDF quote via email once you have filled in your address details and clicked "Confirm & Process Quote"
