WHAT IS PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE?

If you find an like-for-like product at a lower price (including GST) sold by a registered business competitor,  and it's available for purchase and in stock for delivery or collection, we will match it. 

Simply email us the lower price at info@fungiftco.com.au, including other charges like GST, and we'll price match it. That's our promise to you!

 

WHAT PRODUCTS QUALIFY?

The product needs to be similar to our stocked item; the end product has to match (if the item comes with a gift box or standard packaging, the overall end product must match).

The matched price needs to apply to the competitor's final price, including taxes and other additional charges, in AUD$. The item must be in stock.

 

WHAT PRODUCTS DO NOT QUALIFY?

• Licensed products - due to the costs involved in licensing those products.

• Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products.

• Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.

• Pricing errors.

• Products with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value.

 

CAN YOU PRICE MATCH WITH TEMU OR ALIEXPRESS?

Email us with the like-for-like item and we will review it.

Considering Temu and Ali-express have a lot of promotional prices which may only allow you to purchase a certain amount per item at those prices, it can be hard to match them.

However, we would prefer you ask. If we can price-match it we will, a lot of consideration goes into pricing. No request will be overlooked.

WHY ARE YOUR CERAMICS & GLASSWARE EXPENSIVE IN COMPARISON TO OTHERS?

A lot of other ceramics are what you would call "off the self" in terms of the cup design itself being produced in mass, then a transfer sublimation print placed on top.

And whilst these are low-cost items we will eventually have in the mix, this is our first year, so we only had the capacity to have about half the number of products on offer. With this in mind, we wanted to mostly focus on items that were REAL gifts and not so much of the "just cause" range. As it's about quality over quantity (well for me anyways).

Our ceramics are also mostly hand sculpted and hand painted apart from the logo itself. We also chose to package a lot of our items per design and not in bulk or have them share a box design. Below I've shared some pictures of our range of items in production.

 

Working with the manufacturer here, we decided to go with the hand-painted option.

Whilst both designs have an element of hand painting in them, the left involves more time.

This is one of many pictures that went back and forth in relation to this product.

 

 

Our ceramics are made in a small village called Dehua, in the Fujian Province, south of China, here they are painting the "Reel Cool" mugs.

 

 

Here, our novelty mugs are air drying (production time is 60 days for ceramics which takes into consideration the drying period).

Here I'm discussing with the manufacturer the pattern design of our neck-tie stubby holders, Lisa is explaining to me that the ombre design is more expensive as it cannot be produced in mass and instead needs to be printed one by one...

Of course, I chose the ombre design, it's the end result that matters right?

Her colleague is modelling it for us... great for size representation!

 

    

 

Here are some neoprene lunch bags I got quoted on, in the end, these lunch bags were too expensive for our price budget to enable us to sell for low cost.

We tried a few different options like removing straps etc, but in the end, it just wasn't feasible. 

Such a shame as I loved them!!

(the manufacturer made a sample as they already had our design for the neck-tie holders, we don't generally get a sample per quote. I also would have made the design specific to the lunch bag and it would have been similar to the ones we ended up ordering)

 

  

 

In the end, we went with this option, which is still amazing, I'm just a lover of the neoprene material.

I was so happy with the white handles on the "Reel Cool Dad" bags! It really makes the design "pop".
